Reminders that talk back from a new kind of chatbot

For this self-initiated project I wanted to investigate how to bring the UX process to the design of chatbots. This fast-growing type of software is predicted to become a primary way of interacting with technology so I was keen to learn more about how to build them.

I was keen to involve chatbots in every stage of the UX, so I conducted the user research using the bot itself - learning a lot about both how people use reminders and how willing they are to open up to a machine (a surprising amount!).

The next stage, coming up, is to build ReminderBot out fully. Watch this space!
